Finished Banana Bread

Here's the banana bread out of the oven. I made a double batch, and got eight mini loaves for my favored co-workers.

You've got very lucky co-workers, indeed. Banana bread is my all-time fave, and it was one of the first recipes I successfully pulled off when I started to learn my way around my mom's kitchen.

I think there's some baking in my future. Thanks for the inspiration!
